TAUNTON – John M. Andrade husband of Theresa J. (Garanito) Andrade, died at Morton Hospital on June 26, 2010.
He was 74.
Born in Portugal, he was the son of the late Jose and Maria Bela (Faria) Andrade.
He was educated in Portugal and came to this country in 1970.
Mr. Andrade was employed by the Foxboro Co. as a machine operator for over thirty years.
He was a communicant of St. Anthony Church and a member of the Taunton Sports Club.
Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Ana Maria Andrade of Taunton, and Marcia A. Zagorski of Somerset; a sister, Theresa Neves of Lisbon, Portugal;
four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway on Wednesday, June 30th at 8 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Anthony Church at 9 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 29th from 4 to 7 p.m.
