Elizabeth Phoebe Emmett age 100 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, Haverhill, MA.
She was born in Hackettstown, NJ, where she grew up and was educated. She later graduated in 1930 from Newark School of Fine & Industrial Arts College. She was a resident of Greystone Farms in Salem for the past 2 years, formerly of Andover, MA.
Mrs. Emmett was a retired homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, making doilies, enjoyed birds, and was an accomplished artist and sculptor.
She was predeceased by her husband: Franklyn J. Emmett. She was also predeceased by her daughter Bethlyn Emmett Gagne and a son Franklin J. Emmett Jr.
She is survived by her Son in Law: Robert P. Gagne of Salem, NH

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 24 at 10 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, Andover, MA.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 23 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home
