Shirley Johnson, 63, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2010 at Kindred Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Ernest and Florence Givans and a brother, Ernest Lee. She is survived by her loving companion David Logsdon; her brother, Earl Givans and sister-in-law Toni; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 pm Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 pm Monday and 10 am Tuesday to the time of service.
