Georgia F. Khouri of West Roxbury passed away June 14, 2010. She was 64 years old.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Georgia was a graduate of Tufts NEMCH and was the first female respiratory therapist in Massachusetts. She worked for many years at New England Medical Center and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Georgia is survived by her devoted husband Roy Babulal, and her beloved daughter Rohini F. Khouri-Babulal, both of West Roxbury. She is the dear sister of Merle Buddho and Denea Pebbles, both of New York and Petal Khouri of Canada. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Georgia's Funeral will be from the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home 8 Spring St. (at the corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY Tuesday at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Theresa of Avila Church at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Monday 5-8 p.m.. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Attendant parking available.
Interment will conclude services at Oaklawn Cemetery in Boston.
