Brother of Ret. Capt. Vincent M., Quincy Police Dept., and his wife Ann Marie Flaherty of Quincy, Eileen and her husband Ret. Lt. Robert Sheets BPD of West Roxbury, Margaret A. Flaherty of Dorchester, Ret. Capt. Robert M. BPD and his wife Clare Flaherty of Dorchester, William P. and his wife Maryann Flaherty of Quincy, Helene and her husband Alfred Nicotra of Georgetown, and Sgt. David E. BPD and his wife Theresa Flaherty of Weymouth.
Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Brianna, Jake, Keira, Jack, and Kyle (aka Frank) Flaherty.
Survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Memorial Mass in St. Margaret Church of Blessed Mother Teresa Parish, 800 Columbia Road., Dorchester, Saturday morning, June 19, at 9 A.M.
