Obituary


Quigley, Edward R. “Bob”, of Marshfield, formerly of Dorchester, died unexpectedly, June 2, at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Suzanne (Travers) Quigley of Marshfield, dear father of Jennifer Quigley and Elizabeth Quigley both of Holbrook, Michael Tudino and his wife Karen of Medway. Devoted Papa of Emma and Ally. Brother of Claire Donovan of Weymouth.
Bob was born in Boston. He lived in Marshfield for the past 23 years. He was a retired Construction Inspector for Boston Edison. Bob was a Sgt. in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He was decorated with the Purple Heart and the Rifle Badge Sharpshooter medals. Bob was a member of St. Mark’s Post, Dorchester. He enjoyed hunting, bicycling, fishing, carpentry, riding his Harley and spending time with his family.
Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home, l755 Ocean St., Rte. l39, Marshfield, Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of The Assumption Church at l0 a.m.
Visiting hours Monday 4 to 8 p.m.
Interment will be the MA. National Cemetery, Bourne
