Worcester-Margaret A. “Peggy” Mason 73, of 7 Standish Street Worcester died Thursday October 30th after an illness in The Meadows of Leicester. She leaves several cousins, including Eleanor A. Bagin with whom she lived and M. Carol Tubridy of Worcester. Her sister M. Shirley Bean of Tampa Florida predeceased her in 2001.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of the late Frank L. and E. Theresa (Sullivan) Mason, and had lived in Worcester most of her life. She loved sharing happy times with her family, especially her birthday celebrations during the Halloween season.
The funeral will be Tuesday, November 4th from O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church, 600 Cambridge Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Calling hours are Monday, November 3rd, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the funeral Home.
