Thompson, Florence, (nee Forrest), age 88 of Teaneck, NJ, died Friday, May 28, 2010. Beloved wife of the late John. Devoted mother of Patricia Dolce, Barbara Gorman, John, James and the late Kathleen Parthenesdes. Loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Anne McSweeney and May McGuire/Fullman. Florence was a self employed beautician and was later employed at Wecolite Distributors, Teaneck. She was a volunteer at Toms River Medical Center for 15 years. Funeral service 9:00AM Wednesday from Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ. then to St. John’s RC Church, Leonia for a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to following at Hackensack Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to visit Tuesday 2-4PM and 7–9PM.
