Obituary

Lucien R. Auger 63, of School St. died Tuesday at the Philip Hulitar Center. He was the husband of Linda (Plante) Auger. Lucien was born in Woonsocket a son of Royal and Lillian (Lachance) Auger of North Smithfield. He owned and operated Northern RI Restoration and Waterproofing for over twenty years before retiring ten years ago. Lucien served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. His favorite pastime was watching his grandchildren's sporting events.

Besides his wife and parents he leaves four stepchildren, Paul Kobani and his wife JamesAnn of Clearwater, FL, Chris Kobani and his wife Verdonna of Largo, FL, Kevin Kobani and his wife Kelly, and Natalie Bouzan and her husband Jason all of Woonsocket, and eight grandchildren, Elycia, Ethan, Vanessa, Kylie, Angel, Andrew, Kaiden, and Koen.

His funeral will be held Friday at 9:00AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting hours are Thursday
2-4 and 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to the Philip Hulitar Center/Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St. Providence, RI 02904 would be appreciated.
