Laurie E. (Kelleher) Tresham, 57, of Avon, formerly of Brockton, died at her home Monday May 24, 2010 surrounded by her family following a lengthy illness. Laurie was the beloved wife of Michael F. Tresham. Born and raised in Brockton she was the daughter of Ruth L. (Easton) Kelleher and the late Richard W. Kelleher, Sr. She was a graduate of Brockton High School and for several years had been employed at Lobster Hut in Brockton. Laurie enjoyed shopping, crafts, decorating her home and spending time with her granddaughter Kaelyn.
In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by two daughters, Kate Tresham and Nicole Hathaway and her husband, Bill Hathaway; a granddaughter Kaelyn Hathaway; three sisters Kathleen Kelleher, Maureen Kelleher and Colleen Johnson; a brother Richard Kelleher, Jr. all of Brockton and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 10am. Cremation to follow. It was Laurie’s request that those attending visiting hours Thursday 4-8pm be comfortable in casual attire.
