Charles `CF` Jackson, 78, Clarksville, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Bruce Cunningham and Rev. Jimmy Terry, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Mallory United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born October 24, 1931 in Cheatham County, TN, son of the late Earl Stonewall Jackson and Irene Mae Fort Jackson. He was also preceded in death by a son, Thomas Jackson, two brothers, and one sister. Mr. Jackson served in the US Air Force and was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ethel Jackson; three sons, Charles Steven Jackson (Kristie); Gary Alonzo Jackson, and Ray Earl Jackson, all of Clarksville; three brothers, three sisters, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
