Charlotte L. Eva,90, of Westcott Road, North Scituate died Friday, at the Cedar Crest Nursing Home in Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry Armstrong Eva.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Beatrice (Smith) Gerlach. She had been a resident of Scituate for 21 years and had previously lived in Johnston.
She had been a machine operator in the jewelry industry and a house keeper for CCRI before retiring.
She leaves her children, Robert H. Eva, Elaine C. Borys, Wayne W. Eva all of Scituate and Donald A. Eva of Greenville, 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, a sister Lois Reca of Warwick. She was the sister of the late Melba Rancourt, Norman and Norbert Gerlach.
Her funeral service will be Tuesday at 10am in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Visitation Monday 5-7pm. Burial will be in Highland Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
