Victor W. Kostachuk, 88, of Carver passed away on May 6th as a result of complications from surgery, surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of 62 years to Eleanor (Urichuk) Kostachuk, the devoted father of three daughters, Paula and her husband Jeff Starr of Abington, Lynne and her husband James Atherton of Kingston and Debbie and her husband Richard Hanley of Plymouth. He was the brother of the late Rose Kostecki and Stephen Kostachuk who lost his life during WWII. He was a loving uncle, great uncle and friend to many. His sense of humor and dry wit was appreciated by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed. He grew up in Boston on Mission Hill, attending Boston Latin. He worked for many years in the automotive industry, retiring in 1989 as a Business Manager for a large dealership. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII, and loved his country.
