Mildred Ann Wallace, 70, Clarksville, died Thursday, May 6, 2010, at her residence with complications of Alzheimers. At her request,
the remains are to be cremated.
No services are planned. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born April 1, 1940 in Macon, Georgia, daughter of the late Beckett Mitchell and Irene Avery Mitchell.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry D. Wallace; two sons, Beckett Wallace and David Wallace all of Clarksville; and five grandsons.
