Eugenia “Mickie” Mobley, 72, of Watkinsville, Georgia, died Thursday, October 23, 2003, at St. Mary’s Health Care in Athens, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 2 P.M., Sunday, October 26, 2003, at Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald with Rev. Steve Hood officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 P.M., Sunday at Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Mobley was born February 1, 1931, in Lincolnton, North Carolina, to the late George Calvin and Lena Mae King Taylor. Her husband Julius E. Mobley preceded her in death. Mrs. Mobley was retired from the Department of Human Resources for the State of Georgia. A former longtime resident of Atlanta, she recently moved to Watkinsville. She attended the Church of the Nazarene in Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Mobley is survived by several nieces and nephews.
