Susan C. Nelson, 53, passed away on April 26, 2010 at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital.
Susan was born on December 28, 1956 in Pittsburgh, PA and was the daughter of the late Robert Nelson and Carole Nelson.
She was the loving mother of Sarah, Kathryn and Kevin Bravar; grandmother of Cierra and Jeffrey; sister of Nancy Sims and Karen Cuffman and the late Diane Sheridan; long time partner of Glenn Dean. Susan will be dearly missed by all who love her. She will be remembered as a true Pittsburgh Steeler fan and beach lover.
Her family will gather for a private service.
