Ms. Melinda Elizabeth Jones, age 52, of King passed away unexpectedly at her home on April 22, 2010. Ms. Jones was born in Forsyth County on April 9, 1958 to Betty Holt Jones and the late Charles William Jones. Ms. Jones worked at High Point Regional Hospital and was a member of the First Baptist Church in King. Ms. Jones is survived by her mother, one daughter, Jennifer A. Jones of Winston-Salem; special niece, Susanne E. Jones of Lexington; three aunts, numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her father. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Cox-Needham Chapel with Rev. Eddie Brackette conducting the service.
