Cecelia (Cabral) Aguiar, age 96 of Fall River passed away April 23, 2010. She was the widow of Joao Matias Aguiar. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Jose Couto Cabral and Maria (Oliveira) Cabral. She was a retired trimmer at Rondo Knit Dress Co. and a member of Good Shepherd Parish.
She is survived by 3 children: Gil & wife Vivian Aguiar and Belmira & husband William Rebello all of Fall River and John & Margaret Aguiar of NY; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson and several nieces & nephews. She was sister of the late Alice Soares and Amilia Couto.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. MONDAY at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Good Shepherd Parish at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours SUNDAY 4-8 P.M.
