Anna Trauss was born on January 14, 1925. She was married for over 40 years to Edward Trauss who passed away 14 years ago. She was born and raised on a family farm of which she often spoke. She became a nurse during WWII and later came to the United States in 1957 with her military husband.
Anna went peacefully to be with the Lord on the evening of April 19th surrounded in the last hours by family and friends.She is survived by her two children, Thomas (Ardella), and Christy Mulhall (Don). She has two grandchildren Deanna and Alexander. She is also survived by her sister Vera Lang, and several nieces and nephews that reside in Germany.
Funeral arrangements have been made at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Visitation will be Friday from 12 noon to 8pm. Her funeral will be Saturday at 11am followed by burial at Cave Hill Cemetery.
