JAMES W. INMAN, 88, passed away on Wednesday, April, 21, 2010.
He was the former owner and operator of James Fruit Market on Frankfort Ave., a former employee of S & S Produce, a member of Canton Christian Church in Salem, Indiana, and an Army veteran of WW II.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Inman, and his son, Danny Garwood.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Bettye Inman; his children, Dee Perkins (Bobby), Sandy Brown (Dunny), Pam, Brenda Morris (Mike), and Susie Goodgine (James); 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday.
