John Michael Tiller, age 57, of Water Valley, MS, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at his residence on Gore Circle. He was a part-time employee of C.W. White, Inc., and was a member of First Baptist Church of Water Valley and the Upper Room Sunday School Class.
Born on March 23, 1953 in Shelby County, TN, Mr. Tiller is survived by his daughter, Jennifer C. Tiller, of Sardis, MS, and two sisters, Teresa Gallagher of Hazelhurst, MS, and Meredith Jenkins of Lenoir, NC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mitzi Dillon Tiller of Sardis, MS .
A graveside service will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, April 19, 2010, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley with Dr. Randy Bain presiding. Mr. Tiller’s Sunday School teacher, Tommy White, will share some closing remarks; and members of Tiller’s Sunday School Class will serve as pallbearers.
