Henry Larry White, 60, died April 7, 2010 at his home in Oxford, MS. Born in Yalobusha County, he was the only son of the late William Martin and Gladys Irene Reeves White. He worked for Whirlpool Corporation in Oxford, and loved hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. He especially enjoyed children of all ages, and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Coffeeville, MS.
Funeral services will be held in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home at 12:00 Noon on Monday, April 12, 2010 with Bro. C. H. Newcomb and Bro. Keith Davis officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will take place at New Hope Cemetery in Coffeeville, MS with Keith White, Timmy White, James White, Jason Gullette, B. J. Chinault, Dewayne Norwood, Alan Prestage, and Stacy Sims serving as pallbearers.
He is survived by three sons, Larry Keith White and wife Casey, of Coffeeville, MS, Timothy Wayne White and wife Jessica, of Southaven, MS, and James Martin White of Senatobia; five sisters, Linda Prestage and husband Leon of Bruce, MS, Zelma Sims and husband Robert of Water Valley, MS, Nell Norwood and husband Jimmy of Coffeeville, MS, Nancy Rhea and husband Gary, of Water Valley, MS, and Judy Chinault and husband, Bo, of Water Valley, MS; and seven grandchildren, Natalie White, Hannah White, Madison White, Tucker White, Jared Foster, Jaden Foster, and Jacob White.
