Linda M. (Paquette) Lavallee, 56, of Revere, passed away unexpectedly on April 6, 2010 with her family at her side. Linda was a very loving and generous person who will be missed greatly by her loved ones and her precious kitties.
Beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Louise (Gleason) Paquette, she grew up in Wellesley and graduated from Wellesley High School in 1971 and the Peabody School of Hairdressing in Norwood. She was a talented beautician for many years in the Wellesley area. She moved and lived many years in and around Worcester, working with care and compassion in several area hospitals, before relocating to Revere in 2004.
She leaves her close and loving friends Henry James, with whom she lived. Also her sisters Patricia Phillips and husband Stephen of Franklin, Sandra Lawrence and husband Michael of Grafton and her brother Raymond Paquette and wife Karin Baker of Florence as well as her devoted and very close aunt Grace Gleason of Wellesley. Affectionately known by her nieces and nephews as “Lulu”, she leaves Geoffrey and Meagan Phillips, Michelle and Nicholas Lawrence, and Samuel and Jeremy Baker-Paquette. Linda was blessed to have many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Friday, April 9, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private.
