Stewart H. Weymouth, 83, of Derry, NH, died Sunday April 4, 2010 at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry following a lengthy illness. Mr. Weymouth was born in Winchester, MA on March 19, 1927 , a son of the late Howard C. and Ella M. (Wheeler) Weymouth. He was a resident of Derry for over 40 years, formerly living in Saugus, MA. For over 50 years he was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #4 . He was a farmer who loved taking care of his animals, which he did until his illness.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Louise E. (Caccese) Weymouth of Derry, one daughter, Denise Nevins and her husband John of Derry, one son, Stewart C. Weymouth and his wife Pat of Loudon, TN, one granddaughter, Jamie Nevins of Derry, one brother, Robert Weymouth of Pennsylvania and one sister, Virginia Keene of Florida.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Northeast Affiliate, 2 Wall Street, Manchester, NH 03101. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry is in charge of the arrangements.
