Worcester - Margaret (Naroian) Jaffarian, age 75, of Worcester died on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence in Worcester, MA. She was the wife of the late Albert M. Jaffarian.
Margaret was born in Whitinsville, MA, a daughter of the late Charles Naroian and Parantsam (Pambosian). She leaves two sons, Albert Jaffarian of Pawtucket, RI, David Jaffarian of Worcester, MA, and a daughter, Wendy Marquis of Webster, NH; three grandchildren, Erik, Kristen, and Jessica; her brother, Peter Naroian of Holden, MA; her two sisters, Mary Frankian of Worcester, MA and Alice Ovoian of Linwood, MA; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Arakel Naroian.
She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and loved to watch the Boston Red Sox games. She was a beloved wife, mother, and homemaker. She was an employee at various places including Astra Pharmaceutical and State Mutual.
Her funeral service will be held at the Armenian Church of Our Saviour on Wednesday, April 7, at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. A calling hour from 10 to 11 a.m. will be held prior to the church service at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street.
