KINCKLE, Robert F., Sr.- Of Chelsea, April 2nd. Devoted husband of the late Rosemary A. (Murray). Beloved father of Robert F. Kinckle, Jr. and his wife Darlene of Tewksbury, Rosemary E. McGahey of Chelsea, Barbara Nassab and her husband Peter of Houston, TX and the late Richard P. Kinckle. Lovingly survived by many brothers and sisters through out the country. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Wednesday, April 7th at 7:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in The Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Late United States Air Force Veteran and retired employee of Payne Elevator and The Poloroid Corp. Expressions of sympathy in Robert's name may be made to the Museum of Science, 1 Science Park, Boston, MA 02114.
A resident of Chelsea since 1994, Robert passed away unexpectedly Friday evening at the Melrose-Wakefield Hopital shortly after admission to the emergency room. Employed by Payne Elevator in Cambridge for over 20 years, he then went to work for Poloroid in Waltham, staying with the company as a maintenance mechanic for 20 years retiring in 1986. For over 36 years, he volunteered with the Medford Auxiliary Fire Department, retiring with the rank of Capt.
