Mrs. Inez Rutherford Morris, 73, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, October 15, 2003, at Dorminy Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 4 PM, Friday, October 17, 2003, at the Fitzgerald Church Of God with Rev. David Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fitzgerald. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M., Thursday evening at Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Morris was born October 21, 1929 in Ben Hill County, Georgia to the late Jim Dan & Bertha Matthews Rutherford. She lived all of her life in Ben Hill County and was a former employee of Fitzgerald Mills & Modern Fibers. Mrs. Morris was a member of the Fitzgerald Church Of God.
Survivors include: Husband, Gene Morris, Fitzgerald; 3 sons, Larry Giddens, Tarry Giddens, & Lamar Giddens, all of Fitzgerald; 2 daughters, Linda Griner, Fitzgerald & Carolyn Giddens, Pinellas Park, FL; 1 brother, Roy Rutherford, Fitzgerald; 2 sisters, Kate Hutto & Jimmie Benton, both of Fitzgerald; 13 Grandchildren & 7 Great Grandchildren
