Mindy Lee Tardiff 21, of North Providence died Wednesday at home. She was born in Portland ME, a daughter of Gary Tardiff and Khamvene (Khongsouvankham) Tardiff. She was a bartender and waitress at Jackie's Galaxy in Bristol.
Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters; Kimberly Tardiff of Woonsocket, and Hannah Tardiff of Portland ME. She is also survived by her uncles, Thoranong Khongsouvankham of Woonsocket, and Pouthasong Khongsouvankham of Providence; her aunt Khamsene Khongsouvankham of Mooseup, CT; her cousins Amy Khongsouvankham and April Phan of Providence, and Luc Phan of Moosup, CT. She also has an extended family of cousins who live throughout RI and will miss her dearly.
Mindy was a shy and caring person who would always give you a smile. Her favorite pastime was modeling and hanging out with her sister and cousins.
She will forever be missed but never forgotten. She is now an official Angel that we have always considered her to be.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 11:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a cremation service to follow at East Bay Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence. Visiting hours will be Sunday 3-6 PM.
