Anthony (Red, Tony) Nowlan, of Winchester, at 91, died peacefully with his family on March 20, 2010. Beloved husband for 61 years of the late Jeannette Pellerin Nowlan. Loving family man and father of Sue Eagan and her late husband Paul of Arlington, Helen Kromhout and her husband Roel of Beverly, Philip Nowlan and his wife Susan of Tewksbury, AnneTherese Nowlan and her husband Russell Kellogg of New York City, James Nowlan and his wife Janet of Stoneham, David Nowlan and his wife Claire of East Falmouth, and Michael Nowlan and his wife Donna of Arlington. Devoted grandfather of 18 and great-grandfather of 21.
Anthony was an architectural draftsman in acoustics, plant engineer and artist; he was an extraordinary minister at St. Eulalia's. He and Jeannette loved to create family traditions together. A Memorial Mass will be held on Sat, May 8 at 1:00 PM at St. Eulalia's Church, 50 Ridge St, Winchester. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
