Bonnie Marie Thomas, 56, Cunningham, TN, died Friday, March 19, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 3.p.m. Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will be in Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born May 29, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Richard C. Lavell and Margaret Bryant Davidson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Franky Leon Thomas and a brother, Glenn Lavell. Survivors include three sons, Robert, Richard, and William Oliver; four brothers, Danny, Lanny, Keith, and Cullom Lavell; thirteen grandchildren, two aunts, Mary Anthony and Charlotte Aucutt. Pallbearers will be Keith Lavell, Danny Lavell, Robert Oliver, Ron White, Jeremy Crabtree, Ronnie Oliver, Rodney Grimsley, and Richard Oliver.
