Mary Ferreira, age 93 of Fall River, passed away March 20, 2010. She was born in Tiverton, RI, and was the daughter of the late Frank and Christina (Costa) Ferreira. Before retiring, Mary worked in Sales at the former Cherry & Webb Co. for 13 yrs. She was also a parishioner of St. Michael Church.
She is survived by her nephew: Lawrence Ferreira & his wife Jayne of Fall River; 2 great nephews: Peter Ferreira of New Bedford & Anthony Ferreira of Fall River; 1 great niece: Margaret Mary Ferreira of Fall River. She was sister of the late Alice Cruz & Manuel Ferreira.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. WEDNESDAY at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 10:30 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours TUESDAY 5-8 P.M.
