J. Philip Arsenault, 71, a lifelong resident of North Andover, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Danvers, MA.
Born in Lawrence, Atty. Arsenault was an alumni of Brooks School, Yale, and Boston University Law School. Attorney Arsenault practiced Law in the Lawrence and Andover, MA. areas. He was the former President of the Lawrence Bar Association, the former Assistant Clerk of Courts in Lawrence, as well as a former member of the Board of Directors and Council for the Lazarus House.
Atty. Arsenault is survived by his wife Susan (Daly) Arsenault, formerly of North Andover, MA.
