Mary L. (Ford) Kane age 90 of Windham, NH, died peacefully Sunday at the Warde Health Center, Windham, NH.
She was born in Brookline, MA, where she grew up and attended school. She summered in Winthrop, MA. After graduating high school Mary went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from Regis College in Weston, MA. She was a resident of Windham for the past 6 years, formerly of Winthrop, MA, where she was a member of St. John The Evangelist Church.
Mary was a retired homemaker. She was a member of the Winthrop Catholic Women’s Club. IN her younger days Mary enjoyed sailing, horseback riding, and playing the cello. She was a creative writer and had some of her poems published. She also loved the beach and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her Husband Robert J. Kane and also predeceased by a Brother, Dr. Thomas Ford
She is survived by 2 Daughters:

Rita & her Husband Paul Ryan of Windham, NH
2 Sons: James & his Wife Marlene Kane of Swampscott, MA
Robert & his Wife Debra Kane of Lebanon, NH
8 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held Monday, March 22 from 9-10 AM, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Chapel, Sisters of Mercy, 21 Searles Rd, Windham, NH. Burial will follow in Holy Hood Cemetery, Brookline, MA.
