Obituary


Raymond W. Todd, 85, of Salem, NH died Thurs. March 11th at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA.

Ray was born and educated in Lawrence, MA graduating from Lawrence High School in 1943. He was an Inspector of contract work for the New England Telephone Co. He was a member and former Trustee of the Spicket Masonic Lodge in Salem, NH, a member of Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Nashua, Bektash Shriners in Concord, NH and Lake Shore Park Tree Committee. He was a member of the Salem Senior Center. Ray was a Trustee at St. Georges Church and New Hope Methodist Church, both of Methuen, MA. He was also a US Navy World War II veteran,

He was predeceased by his brother Albert Todd and sisters Isabel Sutton and Barbara Marshall.

Survived by:
Wife of 60 years Anne (Wetmore) Todd of Salem, NH

Son: David Todd and his wife Robyn of Londonderry, NH.

Daughters: Debra and husband Bernard Julian of Salem, NH
Denise and husband Barry Carpentiere of Gilford, NH and Davenport, FL
Diane Todd of CO
Donna LeBlanc of Manchester, NH

Sister: Ruth and husband Charles Dube of CA

11 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren

Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 15th at 10 AM at New Hope Methodist Church in Methuen, MA. Calling hours will be held Sun. March 14 from 3-7 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.

Memorial Contributions may be made to New Hope Methodist Church, 10 Phillips St., Methuen, MA 01844.
