Josephine Kirkland (NEE Stec), 82, passed away on March 9, 2010 after a brief illness. She worked for over 30 years at Sheppard T. Powell Associates in Baltimore as an Executive Secretary. She was a long time member of the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and supporter of the ASPCA and National Federation of the Blind. She was the beloved wife of the late J. B. Kirkland, devoted daughter of the late John and Caroline Stec of Passaic, NJ. Dear sister of Phyllis L. DeHoroch of Georgetown, DE and the late Bruno and Stanley F. Stec. Also survived by 1 niece, 4 nephews and many many firends.
