James `JT` Thomas Osborne, 77, Clarksville, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m.. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Brother Steve Kirby officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born January 24, 1933 in Cheatham County, TN, son of the late Charles Osborne and Ora Corlew Osborne. He was retired from Bellsouth and was a member of Telephone Pioneers. He was a member of Hilldale Church of Christ and a US Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Williams Osborne; son Daryl "Bubba" Osborne (Debbie), Clarksville; daughter, Denise Guerrero (David), Orlando, FL; brother, Douglas Osborne (Lois), White Bluff, TN; two grandchildren, Frank and Jeremy Guerrero; three great-grandchildren, Ariel, Sofia, and Drew Guerrero; and his special buddy, Schooner. Pallbearers will be Frank Guerrero, Jeremy Guerrero, Larry Williams, Wendell Williams, Larry Osborne, and Jerry Corlew. Honorary pallbearers will be retired AT&T and Bellsouth employees.
