LOWELL—Peter B. McCann, 53 years old, died Sunday evening, September 28th, at his home after a long illness.
He was born in Lowell, on January 29, 1950, a son of the late James P. and Louise R. (Carufel) McCann, and was a graduate of the Dracut Public School System and Dracut High School.
Mr. McCann was employed as a Salesman by the McDonough Fence Company, in Medford, for the past 10 years. He held membership in the Lowell Firefighters Club.
Surviving him are his longtime companion: Louise Moran, of Lowell; her children: Nicole Clegg, and Kerry Moran, both of Lowell; a brother: David McCann, of Atkinson, NH; an aunt: Janice (McCann) Holmes, of Dracut; an uncle: Lucien, and his wife Rosemary Dancause, of Brunswick, ME; two nieces: Maura and Patrice McCann; a nephew: Michael McCann.
Friends may call on Wednesday, October 1st, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). His Funeral Mass to be offered Thursday morning, October 2nd, at 10:30 AM at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, Lowell. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery, Lowell.
