WEBSTER- Pauline G. (Lewis) Kaczynski, 83, of 105 Lower Gore Road, died Tuesday, September 30, at UMass Healthcare, Lake Ave. North, Worcester. Her husband of 60 years, Louis R. Kaczynski, died in 2001.
She leaves a son, Richard L. Kaczynski of Auburn; a daughter, Paula K. Duquette of Dudley; 5 sisters, Eileen Krizansky, Marjorie Utterback, Shirley Guillette, Phyllis Railey, and Carol Godsill, all of California; 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. A brother, Edward Lewis, predeceased her.
She was born in Malden, a daughter of Herbert and Caroline (Roderiquez) Lewis.
She was employed as a desk clerk at Commerce Insurance Company for more than 30 years before retiring. She was a member of Saint Louis Parish, the Hubbard Regional Hospital Guild, the Webster Women’s Club and the Webster-Dudley Garden Club. She managed the gift shop at Hubbard Regional Hospital for 15 years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and gardening.
The funeral will be held Saturday, Oct. 4, from Scanlon Funeral Service, East Main St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake Street Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace. Calling hours are from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, Friday, October 3, at the funeral home.
