Katherine J. Terlikosky, 20, of Fairfield Rd., Sandown, NH died Saturday January 19, 2002 in the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston, Ma, following a courageous three year battle with Hodgkin’s Disease. Katherine was born in Huntington, NY on April 12, 1981, the daughter of Joseph T. and Denise (Manougian) Terlikosky Jr. She had resided in Sandown, NH for the past 16 years, formerly living in Long Island, NY. Katherine was a 1999 graduate of Timberlane High School, Plaistow, NH and had most recently attended Hesser College, Manchester, NH. Katherine loved her dog “Bernie”
She is survived by her parents, Joseph T. and Denise (Manougian) Terlikosky Jr., Sandown, NH, her sister, Krissy A. Terlikosky and her brother, Joseph T. Terlikosky III, both of Sandown, NH, her maternal grandmother, Josephine Manougian, Belmore, NY, her longtime boyfriend, Derek Carter, Derry, NH, also several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 23, 2002 at 10:30am in St. Anne’s Parish, Emerson Ave., Hampstead, NH. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry. Calling hours will be on Tuesday January 22nd from 3-5 & 7-9 in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH.
