Robert C. O’Brien, a 33-year resident of Winchester, passed away at home on March 2, 2010. He was the beloved husband for 44 years of Mary E. (Baukal) and the loving father of Barbara Anne O’Brien of Winchester, Jeanne Elizabeth Leary of Washington, D.C., Richard Charles O’Brien of Methuen, Robert Francis O’Brien of Gardner and Edward Michael O’Brien of Washington, D.C. He was also the dear brother of the late Jeanne Watt and the devoted grandfather of 7. Mr. O’Brien’s funeral will be held from the Costello Funeral Home 177 Washington St., Winchester on Sat., March 6 at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Eulalia’s Church 50 Ridge St., Winchester at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on the funeral home on Fri. from 4-7PM. Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.
