TURNBERG - Mary Jo Turnberg, 50, of Yulee, FL passed away Tuesday evening, March 2, 2010 at Baptist Medical Center in Fernandina Beach, FL. She was born May 28, 1959 in Herkimer, NY and moved to Yulee from Fellsmere, FL two years ago. Mrs. Turnberg loved to cook, fish and spend time with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Vernon Maine and Beverly Law. Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Jeffrey and Chrissy White of Grant, FL; a daughter, Deanna White, also of Grant, FL; three brothers, Donnie Maine of Yulee, FL, Dean Maine, also of Yulee and Scott Maine of Grant, FL; three sisters and brothers in law, Verna and Jimmie Bennett of Yulee, FL, Sheri and Tim Rogers of Melbourne, FL and Suesan and Andy Parker of Yulee, FL; five grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews. A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at Hughes Cemetery with Rev. Pete Jones officiating.
