Billy David Ward, age 80, of Douglas GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Ward a native of Coffee County, GA was born May 28, 1929: he is the son of the late Calvin Abraham & Wealthia Carter Ward. He is a Veteran of the US Navy having served in the Korean Conflict. Ward, Son, Mike (Deena) Brown, Douglas GA, Daughters, Gail (Lou) Duncan, Sue Ellen (Roscoe) Godfrey, Charlotte NC, Donna (Joey) Herrin, Waycross GA, Grandchildren, Becky Greene, Maggie Dean, Lydia Brown, Mary Brown, Chad Fussell, Matt Hosack, Josh Hosack, Gabe Brown, Great Grandchildren, Kylie Dean, Sydnie Fussell, Ben Fussell, Jolston Dean, several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 20, 2010; at the Lone Hill United Methodist Church with Burial in the Lone Hill Church Cemetery.
