LYNCH, The Honorable James P., Jr. Retired Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, of Natick, formerly of Wellesley, February 25, 2010, age 88. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie A. (Lucy) Lynch for 58 years. Loving father of Kathleen Lynch Moncata and her husband Samuel Moncata of Natick, Thomas J. Lynch and his wife Daughn Spahn of Senatobia, MS. Devoted grandfather of Alicia Lynch, Elizabeth Lynch, Rebecca Lynch, Josephine Lynch, Marie Moncata, and Emily Moncata. Brother of the late Robert Lynch Sr., Marion Lynch, Eleanor Carey, and Louise Parker. Also survived by Maureen Lynch of Hingham and many nieces and nephews.
