Obituary

Martin T. Farley, 55, of Franklin, died, Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at the Metro West Medical Center in Framingham. He was the beloved husband of Karen (Wells) Farley.

Born in Brockton on February 17, 1955, he was a son of Rachel (Keech) Farley of Westwood and the late James Farley.

Mr. Farley was a resident of Franklin for 19 years and formerly resided in Hyde Park and Westwood. He was a graduate of Westwood High School.

Mr. Farley was the owner of Advance Services, a court reporting business, for the past 16 years.

He was an avid car racing fan.

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughter, Allyson Farley of Franklin, two stepsons, Mark McKay of Norton and Matt McKay of Duxbury and four grandchildren, Brandon, Sara, Elizabeth and Griffin McKay.

He is also survived by his siblings, Mary McAuley of Weymouth, James Farley of Richmond, Kathleen Williams of Randolph, Virginia Wakelin of Carver, Lorraine Emmons of Brookfield, CT and Kenneth Farley of Westwood and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Wednesday, March 3 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St. in Franklin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Hospice Family Room 4th Floor, Metro West Medical Center, 115 Lincoln St, Framingham, MA 01702 Attn: Annmarie McKinnley.
