Millard F. Tucker, 86, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at Dorminy Medical Center.

Mr. Tucker was born November 23, 1923 in Fitzgerald to the late Romulas and Rebecca Young Tucker. He moved back to Fitzgerald in 1989 and was a former resident of Toccoa and Atlanta, where he worked in construction. Mr. Tucker was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Fitzgerald Church Of God.
He is survived by his son: Phil (Lane) Tucker, of Toccoa; two grandsons, one great grandson; niece and caregiver: Jane Tucker Paulk of Fitzgerald and caregiver: Marvin Nesbitt of Fitzgerald. Along with his parent, he was preceded in death by a son Stephen Tucker.
