Obituary

Stanley M. Fialkosky, Jr., of Burlington, died Tuesday at home in the company of his loving family. He was 83. Stanley was born and raised in Brighton, the son of the late Stanley and the late Annie (Micholowski) Fialkosky. After service in the Pacific with the Army during World War II, He worked for BF Goodrich in Watertown and later as a manager at the Converse Plant in Malden. With the closing of the Converse operation, Stanley worked in maintenance with Burlington Public Schools at the High School. He was a member of the American Legion in Burlington. Stanley enjoyed time with his family and friends, especially while fishing.

The beloved husband of Norma (Spencer), he was a devoted father to Carleton Fialkosky and his wife Stacey of Billerica, Kenneth Fialkosky and his wife Diana of Woburn, Keith Fialkosky of Virginia. He was a loving grandfather to Thomas Fialkosky and his fiancé Kaitlyn Gallinaro, David, Jacob, Jesse and Lea Fialkosky. He was a dear brother to Wanda Willis.

His funeral will be from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Saturday, february 27th, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Malachy Church, 99 Bedford Street, Burlington, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Stanley's name to VNA of Middlesex East and Visiting Nurses Hospice, 607 North Ave., Wakefield, MA 01880.
