Obituary

Lee J. Forcino, 52, a resident of Londonderry, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 at his home. Born May 10, 1957 in Groton , MA to Charmaine (Rousseau) Christopher and the late Leo F. Forcino, Lee had a passion for the culinary arts. Considered by many to be the greatest local cook, he was the former head chef for Café Theresa of Londonderry, and had worked as a chef at The Common Man restaurant in Windham, as well as many other local fine establishments. Lee had a great love for the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, reading, camping, music and especially that of the Grateful Dead. A true animal lover, Lee adored his two feline friends.
Lee leaves his loving mother, Charmaine (Rousseau) Christopher of Bradford, MA, his devoted sister, Cara Forcino of North Andover, MA, his special niece, Elise Forcino of North Andover, MA, loving Uncle, Bart Rousseau of Derry, NH and his longtime friend of over 20 years, Athena McCusker.
All services will be held privately at the request of the family. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry NH is respectfully handling the arrangements for the Forcino family. Donations in memory of Lee may be directed to the MSPCA, 350 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130.
