In Attleboro, February 17, 2010, John B. Alvilhiera died unexpectedly in Sturdy Memorial Hospital at the age of 39. John was the son of Lila (Dickson) Alvilhiera of Taunton and the late Master Sgt. Anthony Alvilhiera. He was born in Quantico, VA. and attended Taunton schools. He was an avid Washington Redskins football fan and enjoyed listening to music. John also leaves his sister Kimberly Mello of Taunton and Tony Alvilhiera of Taunton. He also leaves several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be held at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton on Monday, Feb. 22nd at 11am. Visiting hours are omitted. Arrangements are being handled by the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home in Taunton, MA, 02780 A memorial Mass will be scheduled at a later date.
