Dudley,
Lorraine D. (Cyr) Osowski, 82, of 5 Cottage Rd., passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Blaire House in Worcester.
She leaves two daughters, Sheryl A. wife of Robert Dubois of Dudley, and Linda D. Jackel of Sterling, Ct., 4 grandchildren, Samantha T. Dubois, Tiffany M., Jonathan R., and Elizabeth H. Jackel, 2 great grandsons, Gabriel and Lincoln as well as severel nieces and nephews.
Lorraine was predeceased by a sister, Lillian D. Bates who died in 2003.
She was born in Webster a daughter of George A. and Antoinette (Lucier) Cyr and lived in Webster and Dudley all her life.
Lorraine worked for many years at the Publick House in Sturbridge as a dining room supervisor and manager.
She met a variety of people including Mick Jagger, Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward and many others over the years she worked at the Publick House.
She also enjoyed travelling through Europe and the Carribean and many other places around the world.
The Funeral will be Wednesday, February 17, 2010 with a Mass at 10 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 18 East Main St.,Webster. Everyone is asked to Please Meet at the Church.Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 6 to 8 PM at the Robert J. Miller Funeral Home and Lake Chapel,366 School St.,Webster.
