FALL RIVER … Ann (Waskiewicz) Kostka, 92, of Fall River passed away peacefully at home February 9, 2010.
She was the wife of Michael Kostka.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Waclaw and late Stefania (Bukowska) Waskiewicz and had been a life long resident of the city.
She was a Communicant of Saint Stanislaus Church, where she was a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality.
Mrs. Kostka enjoyed sewing and cooking.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, 1 daughter: Carol Kostka of Fall River, 2 sons: Michael Kostka and his wife Patti of Baldwinsville, NY and Thomas Kostka of West Warwick RI, 1 sister: Constance Abdallah of Swansea, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Theodore Waskiewicz and Matthew Waskiewicz.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 9AM from the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM St. Stanislaus Church, 36 Rockland St. Fall River.
